The restaurant "Zum Herztröpferl" was opened in 1979 by Maria and Wilhelm Mad as a Heuriger.
In the past years the style changed from a Heuriger to a gourmet restaurant in Oggau. Maria Siess, daughter of Maria and Wilhelm Mad, took over the "still" Heuriger in 1996 and cooked her way to gastronomy heaven with her husband Matthias Siess.
