Paradise on ice
It takes a couple of days and frosty sub-zero temperatures before Lake Neusiedl turns into a huge natural ice-skating arena, drawing a motley crowd of skaters, ice sailing enthusiasts, walkers and even mountain bikers with spiked tyres, who all dare the frozen lake in the sunshine.
